DEVAN SHAH |
DJ DEVAN SHAH At the young age of three, Devan's love for music started in the kitchen, where he would pull out his mother's pots and pans and play away on his makeshift drum set. As he grew older, Devan spent summers in India learning the Tablas and Dhol and by the time he was fourteen, he was touring the US with the Nayak Group and placed at local garbas and conventions.
When Devan started college in Houston, he met DJ Yogi-G who introduced him to the art of mixing and scratching. The transition from drums to discs came naturally to Devan and after spending 5 years mentoring with Yogi-G, Devan has developed his own unique style and distinct vibe that keeps the crowd enthralled and pumped all night long.
Now spending most of his time behind a set of turntables DJ-ing around the U.S, Devan can be found spinning the latest in top 40's, house, old school 80's & 90's hits, remixes and an array of Bollywood music. Devan will blend the perfect mix for your event and will create a unique and unforgettable ambiance. |
