One of the most memorable moments of our wedding was our non-stop dance floor.... we have never seen a wedding with a more jam-packed dance floor. From the beginning of the night to the end it seemed as though all 160 guests couldn't stop dancing and DJ Yogi knew every single guest's favorite song. The best thing I can say about DJ Yogi is: he creates amazing energy and knows how to read a crowd. About a week after our wedding we started hearing a theme among our guests..... "You should have an anniversary party" shortly followed by "You should get DJ Yogi"..... Thank you DJ Yogi for making our night unforgettable.... 12/31/2035 mark it in your calendar and consider yourself booked for our 25th wedding anniversary!"

For my own wedding, he gave me great suggestions on how to create the ambiance we were looking for with color-changing lights, flat-screen TVs, and even put together a slideshow for us. During the dance portion, he had music videos of all the songs while they were playing. For weeks after the wedding, friends kept telling me that was the best wedding they had been to largely due to the music. I can't say enough good words about him, but trust me when I say he is the most professional, innovative, and talented DJ out there."

"Devan did the music and lighting for our wedding ceremony and reception on November 26, 2011 at Texas Safari Ranch. I have nothing but praise for him and the quality of service he provided. I was very particular about the shades of colors I wanted for the reception hall, and he was spot on. Looking back at our reception video, lighting was definitely a focal point. The colors and patterns changed appropriately with the music, and it really transformed the reception hall into a dance club. The music was amazing! Devan kept the dance floor hype all night long! The transitions were smooth and the song selection was consistent with our crowd and our personal taste. Most importantly, he payed attention to the crowd and was able to adapt quickly, such as transitioning to slower songs if the crowd became tired or to more hip hop music if all of the adults left, etc.
I can list many examples of how great a job Devan did on the actual wedding day, but what was more important to me as a bride, was how great of a person he was to work with in the months leading up to the big day. He is an excellent communicator; he responded promptly to emails and even called me occasionally just to check to see if everything was going well and if there was anything he could do to help. He was always willing and available to meet to discuss song options, etc. He worked with my family members so that my husband and I would not have to worry about anything during that day. Devan is a talented DJ, but mostly he is a great person to have on your side during the most special time of your life! "

"When we decided to get married in Austin, we were extremely stressed about finding a DJ. We thought we might have to settle for anyone. A friend told me about Yogi.
